Investment & Capital Markets (ICM) Business Technology Office (BTO) is looking for an experienced project manager to lead the delivery of a portfolio of projects. Managing such projects will involve planning and leading a cross-functional team to achieve objectives, managing the scope, dependencies, schedule, budget, quality, and risks and issues through its lifecycle.

This challenging and rewarding position gives you an opportunity to work with various technical teams, senior leadership, and business users.

* Manage multiple, simultaneous projects involving matrixed partners.
* Serve as the key point of contact in routine key stakeholder briefings on different aspects of assigned initiatives.
* Develop and report on project milestones and an integrated delivery plan.
* Manage scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality.
* Demonstrate ownership of problems, issues, or requests from start to finish. Facilitate appropriate handoffs, but track issues through resolution.
* Negotiate while maintaining effective relationships with technology managers, subject matter experts and clients.
* Accurately assess, manage, and report risks and issues.
* Develop communication plans and effectively communicate verbally (e.g. day-to-day discussions, team meetings) and in writing (status reports).
* Provide on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures.
* Manage contingent workers time reporting and approval, contract extension and termination.
* Work with staffing vendors and ensure contingent worker augmentation processes are conducted correctly and timely. Write statements of work and execute on behalf of the business technology office.
* Establish and maintain relationships with peers. Find common ground and get cooperation when dealing with conflict.
* Demonstrate characteristics of approachability, team play, result-orientation and enthusiasm.
* Identify opportunities to promote efficiency wherever feasible.
* Bachelor's degree in Management and/or Technology disciplines
* Strong technical or business analysis background
* Demonstrated ability to manage the delivery of multiple, simultaneous technical projects in a matrixed environment
* Must be comfortable working with all levels of executive leadership
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, customer relationship management skills, and problem solving skills are paramount to the success of this role
* Microsoft Project & SharePoint experience is required
* 5+ years of technical program/project management experience
* Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies
* Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
* Curious self-starter who quickly grasps new technical concepts
* PMP/CSM/Scrum Master Certified
* Master's Degree or MBA with coursework in Business, Information Technology, or Engineering
* Experience in Financial Services (Mortgage Industry preferred)
