Contact_Center_Services - Genesys Consultant SME with a minimum of 5 years of experience in their CCS discipline. Primarily responsible for installation and configuration of software and some customization.
Contact_Center_Services - Genesys Senior Consultant SME with 5 - 10 years of experience in their CCS discipline. Contributes to design and planning. Primarily responsible for complex configurations and customizations.
Contact_Center_Services - Genesys Executive Consultant SME with 10+ years of experience in their CCS discipline. Leads design and planning. Responsible for comprehensive solution design including touchpoints between technologies and solution towers.
Contact_Center_Services - Genesys Project Manager Certified Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Contact Center implementations. Primarily responsible for project governance, scope management and resource planning. Proficient in managing implementation from Discovery and Design through implementation and transition. Possessing a technical background related to contact center technologies.
Contact Center - System Integration Consultant SME with 2 to 5 years of Software Engineering experience related to Contact Center technologies. Primarily responsible for implementing to design specifications using a modern OOP language and participating in design and testing. Must have expertise in one or more CCS systems integration area of expertise (Desktop, VXML/CCXML, CTI, Custom Reporting/Data Warehousing or Statistical compilation).
Contact Center - System Integration Sr. Consultant SME with 5 to 10 years of Software Engineering experience related to Contact Center technologies.
