 Enterprise Risk Management Manager:
The Enterprise Risk Management Team has responsibility for helping the overall organization identify, manage, and mitigate key risks that may keep the company from achieving its strategic objectives.  This position will be responsible for managing the implementation management office for a large, high profile initiative. This will be a critical role with high visibility with senior leadership across the enterprise.
Job Description Summary:
  • Managing a complex, enterprise-wide integration office
  • Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
  • Ensuring projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time
  • Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans and deliverables meet intent
  • Partnering cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
  • Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
  • Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts
  • Demonstrating excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • At least 3 years of Project Management experience
  • At least 2 years of Risk Management experience
  • At least 3 years of experience working with internal business customers
Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA a plus
  • Minimum 5 years project management/program management skills with proven ability execute difficult, complex project implementations
  • Proven related financial services experience, risk & regulatory related experience highly desired
  • Experience working on large, cross department business and technology program
  • Master's degree
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
  • At least 4 years of Project Management experience
  • At least 3 years of Risk Management experience
  • At least 2 years of Corporate Governance or Change Management experience
  • At least 2 years of experience interacting with and influencing senior leadership
  • At least 2 years of experience developing presentations to influence senior audiences
