Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) is responsible for providing Enterprise wide services, including an The selected qualified candidate will provide oversight and control for the roll out and implementation of the Global TPRM Policy and Program, develop the framework, design and technology components working closely with key stakeholders
Job Description Summary:
·         Provides TPRM project management services to the team, providing expertise in creating project plans and driving execution through completion
·         Maintains detailed project plans, inclusive of critical regulatory obligations, commitments and TPRM framework elements
·         Supports the successful execution of activities against the plan
·         Supports Program Managers in creating materials, communications, meeting minutes and tracking follow ups for Working Group, Design Team, Advisory Team and Steering Committee meetings
·         Proactively identifies and manages issues and risks
·         Support the TPRM Program in the design and implementation of the TPRM Framework, and TPRM Policy
·         Participates in working groups among Business Stakeholders, Vendor Management Teams, Engagement Managers, ETRM, Compliance, Legal and Technology teams to create synergies. Documents working sessions and assists with issues and risks as they arise
·         Interfaces with key stakeholders across the organization; ensures service quality and customer satisfaction
·         Communicates recommendations to key stakeholders through effective written and verbal communication
Qualifications
·         Solid leadership skills, demonstrated record of achieving goals. Display an ability to drive tasks through to completion
·         Demonstrates a customer focused, team driven mentality
·         Solid interpersonal, communication, facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills
·         Ability to serve as an advocate and change agent, and persuade and influences courageously with peers and key stakeholders
·         Solid written and verbal communication skills
·         Ability to create executive level presentations
·         Solid understanding of State Street businesses
Experience:
·         Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA a plus
·         Experience in Third Party Risk Management
·         Minimum 5 years' project management/program management skills with proven ability execute difficult, complex project implementations
·         Proven related financial services experience, risk & regulatory related experience highly desired
·         Experience working on large, cross department business and technology program
