• Ability to work with Quality Assurance, Legal, Compliance and external regulatory bodies to ensure infrastructure and application environments comply with quality controls "

Responsibilities include the following:
· Perform day to day operational support tasks in change management to verify if the changes are replicated in the Out of Region Disaster Recovery (OORDR) site
· Review change tickets to ensure compliance with change management process and OORDR replication requirements
· Follow up with change owners to make sure that all changes are replicated in OORDR site
· Attend quarterly Disaster Recovery site test representing the change management team
· Identify root cause of DR test issues due to changes not replicated in OORDR site
· Suggest change management process improvements to enable robust disaster recovery capability
· Attend Change Advisory Board (CAB) to assess changes
· Respond to change owner's inquiries about change tickets and replication of changes to OORDR site
· Participate in efforts to enhance the change management functionality in ServiceNow by writing requirements, conducting testing and updating documentation
· Assist the change management leadership in creating necessary reports from ServiceNow and other data sources
· Document processes and procedures as required
· Perform any other tasks assignment by the management

Other Skills:
· Working knowledge of ServiceNow change and release module
· Sound knowledge of the change management process, disaster recovery process and ITIL framework
· Strong interpersonal skills, conflict management, communication, analytical, problem solving and risk management
