Job Description:

The GNOSC Engineer will provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 Advanced support to include vendor engagement; change management, configuration management; Disaster Recovery; Chronic Issue and Action Plans.
Telecommunication's management solution is based on the Client provided Management platforms: CA Service Desk Ticketing System and licenses for CA's Spectrum (Fault Management / Surveillance) and eHealth (Performance Management).
The GNOSC Engineer will provide fault management to include fault detection, isolation and repair of service affecting events.
A primary function performed at the GNOSC is the detection, isolation, and correction of service affecting faults.
