Business Analyst, Global Customer Process

Duties:
· Provide planning and project management of global customer order communications
· Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements
· Coordinate multiple global teams, internally and externally, throughout the project
· Provide input into streamlining process of customer facing communications
· Assist in driving future modifications using multiple systems
· Create and/or edit content that is customer facing and work with IT to develop
· Provide editorial and technical support to other content authors as necessary
· Manage and report on the project to the global customer process organization

Skills:
· 2 years' experience in related field preferred
· Highly organized & ability to prioritize
· Excellent critical thinking skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent project management skills
· Highly pro-active & ability to work independently
· Fluent English language skills (both verbal and written)
· Ability to influence others
· Experience with MS Visio, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Experience in Telecommunications or datacenter industry desired

Education: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience required with an Associate's Degree.
