**Key Project Requirements: T&E Testing & review of data sets for last 18 months. Specific audit focus – Employee Travel and Expense – review employee transactions for compliance with Anti-Bribery policy and adherence to Travel & Expense and Gifts & Entertainment policies. 

The Staff Internal Auditor resource is expected to be able to perform the following: 
• Assist in planning audits. 
• Execute work ensuring compliance with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Audit. 
• Specific audit focus – Employee Travel and Expense – review employee transactions for compliance with Anti-Bribery policy and adherence to Travel & Expense and Gifts & Entertainment policies 
• Determine root cause and recommend accurate and actionable solutions to improve controls and manage risk. 
• Communicate thoroughly and often to EAS supervisors and internal stakeholders. Be transparent and trustworthy. 
• Draft clear, concise and accurate reports. 
  
Qualifications: 
• CPA, CIA, CFE or comparable designation highly preferred. 
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required with Master's degree preferred. Other degrees considered if in conjunction with experience and certification. 
• 1 – 3 years public accounting or internal audit experience. 
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Audit. 
• Proficiency in MS Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint skills.
