 Job description: Windows Server Support 
Candidate should have 7+ years of experience in System administration of Windows Server Operating System 
A: Must Skills: 
• Experience in installing new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements 
• Performing troubleshooting for resolving issues related to hardware, server resources, systems and key processes. 
• Experience in verifying backup jobs 
• Knowledge on file archival and purging 
• Providing L3 level support and Investigate and troubleshoot issues 
• Defining and Managing security, backup, and redundancy strategies 
• Repair and recover from hardware or software failures 
• Worked on OS patching and upgrades 
• Configuring / add new services as necessary 
• Create, change, and delete user accounts 
• Manage file and folders permissions 
• Worked on Windows User and Group membership management 
• Providing root cause analysis on server related issues 
• Supporting DR test activities
