Statement of Work:
This position is for an Organization Change Management (OCM) and Communications Lead.
 
Task Description:
This position is for an Organization Change Management (OCM) and Communications Lead reporting to the Windows 10 Project Manager with Experience in the following areas: Large organization transformation, communication with end user dispersed worldwide, end user training, planning, scheduling, managing user expectations and measuring user experience. The project involves Microsoft Windows 10 upgrade and laptop replacement for 10,000+ users over a period of 1.5 years. Familiarity with previous OS upgrades and/or large system changes is necessary. Project management, schedule integrity and users communications are key to program success. This is an important leadership role. 
 
This is a high client interfacing position supporting rollout of Windows 10 enterprise wide.
 
Work will be performed out of the client's facilities in Arlington, VA and Washington DC. Work involves interaction with 80+ OCONUS missions.

Position requires 2-3 years of experience with the following:
Managing delivery changes for distributed IT systems.  
Experience maintaining operations while change in occurring
Planning for minimal down time and minimal user interruption
Experience working in the Federal environment and work with Federal clients
Experience presenting solutions to clients.
 
Nice to have skills:
The candidate must be able to serve as the subject matter expert for change management and communications. They should be able to tailor industry best practices to suit the needs of USAID and make adjustments as necessary while upgrades are in process. CONUS and OCONUS processes may vary. The candidate should be able to work equally well with end users and System Managers.
