Key Attributes:
·         6+ years of recruitment and sourcing experience with special emphasis using demonstrated successful, unique sourcing skills to find diverse talent and highly skilled evolution of candidate care moving the best candidates from applicants to candidates and partnership with Talent Acquisitions team members to successfully manage smooth transitions.
·         Bachelor's degree with further accreditation in diversity or sourcing preferred
·         Displays a passion for searching and engaging with top talent in a highly-competitive labor market and engage talent for long-term relationships and success.
·         Must be able to perform successfully within a complex, matrix structured organization and display the flexibility to partner with all levels of the Bank.
·         Analytical and research skills - ability to communicate and analyze multi-dimensional data, draw conclusions for a wide variety of internal customers.
·         Experience in Talent Acquisition systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs (Taleo preferred)
·         Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and leveraging for appropriate reporting and communications
·         Ability to understand and manage complex reporting relationships and incorporate multiple cultures.
·         Must have the ability to successfully network with a multitude of groups and organizations and demonstrated strong relationships with people involved in these organizations.
