A: Must Skills: 2 years in senior program and account enterprise solution management. Demonstrates technical strategy leadership in one or more technology areas and/or one or more customer facing situations. Proven thought leadership in technical implementation and practices. Strong knowledge of quality aspects and ability to drive standardization. Regular reporting to management on status of projects and the ability to interact with Directors and VPs is a must. 

B: Plus Skills 
C: degrees, certifications/training: Bachelor or Masters Degree; 
D: Industry expertise: Awareness and/or technical certification eg Cisco, VMWare. 
E: Detailed job responsibilities: A senior Infrastructure Technology leader who can work with the client on several projects related to the deployment of the Trident applications functionality to new environments, e.g. ships, ports, new applications coming into the fold, various requests for roll-out to brands. The right person must have a mix between technology understanding and leadership across multiple areas (e.g. networks, systems, cloud, etc….) as well as a good understanding of the hospitality business and/or direct experience with Cruise companies. The candidate must be able to understand client objectives, work with the various client PMs to establish the plans, and work with the Client's PMs to manage the resourcing and skills to match the plans. 

F: Other soft skills/aptitude: Strong organizational skills required; including excellent time management skills. Excellent communication skills (both written and oral). Ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders and technology stakeholders
