Overview: Under direct supervision, provides administrative support to an individual or groups. Performs a variety of clerical tasks including copying, typing, filing, answering phones in a pleasant, organized and efficient manner. Specialized Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must have excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal & organizational skills and be a self-starter; able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Attention to detail, professionalism and discretion are absolutely essential. Education and experience: High School or equivalent preferred. 1-3 years experience in a front desk or administrative assistant role

MNGR Intake Notes:
6 month contract assignment: MNGR open to Extension/Conversion opportunity dependent on Dept. needs

Key Responsibilities:
-Greeter, providing directions to candidates and interviewing MNGRs
-Order and maintain office supplies
-Order lunch/arrange catering
-Possibly some event coordination
-Other Adhoc duties
*Resource should have reliable transportation as the work location is between two major freeways and not central to public transportation.
