Job description:
Requirement
  • Minimum of 8 years hands-on direct IAM experience and 2+ years of experience with attribute and role-based access controls
  • At least 1-year experience on FIM/MIM and ADFS
  • Experience on SAML, OAuth and other security tokens
  • Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking
  • Ability to work with Technical and Non-Technical business owners
  • Assist with internal efficiencies projects and development
  • DevOps experience
  • Experience deploying large-scale, global projects and programs
  • Familiarity with IT security and risk management practices

Responsibilities
  • Architect, support, and scope Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
  • Design IAM solution architecture(s) to meet client requirements for application continuous delivery, business continuity, and performance metrics
  • Ensure appropriate collection and automation of technical requirements based on critical client Identity And Access Management use cases and scenarios
  • Conduct in-depth technical IAM research, assessments and performance analysis to support and design technical automated IAM strategies
  • Develop strategy and deployment plans for extending Identity and Access Management services to additional applications
  • Lead scalability and performance planning for future security, IAM, and Perseus IAM platform needs
  • Plan, verify and integrate IAM solutions for complex client applications
  • Review custom development initiatives and provide enhancement recommendations for better-automated integration support with related IAM systems
  • Act as main escalation point of contact for IAM system and Perseus IAM technical support for resolution of product and deployment issues
  • Assume overall ownership and accountability for technical solutions provided to clients
  • Lead technical project execution to identify and close gaps between proposed and implemented designs
