HR Reporting Analyst

Job Description
The Workforce Analyst will play a key role in supporting and developing the portfolio of reports, dashboards and numerous People analytics products. They will support Talent Acquisition (TA), Talent Management(TM), Finance and HR teams by providing scheduled and ad-hoc reports and insights associated. They will also facilitate creation of Advance Workforce reports and cleansing of data, adoption of analytics through training and implementation of key metrics tools.

Job Details
Ad-Hoc Reporting: Support ad-hoc report requests.
This would include:
  • Understanding the request from client group - TA / TM/HR / business leader
  • Determining what data fields are required
  • Pulling the right fields based on definition and generating ad-hoc report
  • Compiling insight in a PowerPoint report (if requested / required)
  • Sharing report with client group and making modifications if any

Scheduled Reporting: Support production of scheduled reports such as TA quarterly reports, weekly reports etc.
• Maintain a list of all scheduled reports
• Monitor and collect data for schedule reports
• Test data for quality on a regular basis
• Produce and circulate reports and insights as per schedule

Support Metrics Tools Roll-out: Support automation of TA reports and roll-out to audience.
This would involve:
• Defining report requirements along with global Talent teams, HR and business
• Testing to check if data will meet system requirements
• Test for data quality
• Ensuring system readiness, security definition, testing etc
• Supporting communication and training strategy
• Supporting communication and training roll out
• Partnership with TA and HR on training roll out and feedback
• Collecting training feedback and ensuring continuous improvement

Skills:
• An analytical mindset – ability to understand and analyze data
• Exhibit a natural curiosity regarding analytics, with the ability to translate findings into a compelling story
• Comfortable with changing priorities, with the ability to adapt quickly
• Ability to work on multiple projects and reports simultaneously
• Expert proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macro development, vlookups) and PowerPoint
• Experience with Workday reporting and Visualization tools such as Tablue, Sisense and OneModel.
• Experience with the HR domain is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of experience in Analytics (preferable Workforce Analytics)
