 Job description: 

Identity Management Consultant 
• 4+ Years of experience in IT and should be aligned with Identity Management solutions. 
• Of which 3 years of hands-on experience in any of IDM products such as IBM SIM, CA IDM, Oracle IDM, ForgeRock IDM, Okta etc. 
• Should have experience in installation and configurations of at least one of the above-mentioned product. 
• Must have a thorough understanding and work experience for user lifecycle management process such as provisioning, de-provisioning, update, disable/enable, reconciliation, delete process with any one of the IDM tools. 
• Experience with integration target systems such as Active Directory, RACF, EBS, Databases etc. with IDM. 
• Must have working experience in workflow design and development, role management, policy development. 
• Must have knowledge of technologies/protocol such as RBAC, ABAC, SoD, Access certification, User auto provisioning/ de-provisioning etc. 
• Hands-On experience with customization of such as Connector development, writing scripts, and building workflows. 
• Experience with directory services installation, configuration and their integration with at least one of the above-mentioned IDM product. 
• Expertise in J2EE, JSF, Spring, JSON, REST, SCIM and SOAP-based web services. 
• In-depth understanding of Databases/queries/stored procedures 
• Thorough in creating technical documentation of Design, Use and Test cases 
• Troubleshooting skills are also a must. 
• Should be able to work independently as a Developer, work may require the person to the solution and implement IDM the component. 

SoftSkills: 
• Good collaboration & communication skills, the ability to participate in an interdisciplinary team. 
• Strong written communications and documentation experience 

Access Management Consultant 
• 4+ Years of experience in IT and should be aligned with Access Management solutions. 
• Of which 3 years of hands-on experience in any of IDM products such as IBM SAM, CA SSO, Oracle AM, ForgeRock AM, PINGIdentity, Okta etc. 
• Should have experience in installation and configurations of at least one of the above-mentioned product. 
• Must have a thorough understanding and work experience for Single Sign-On, Access management, Identity Federation, Multi-factor authentication, Risk / Context-based authentication, On-time provisioning / de-provisioning with any one of the IDM tools. 
• Must have a thorough understanding and work experience for technologies such as Header based Single Sign On, SAML, OAuth, Ws-Fed, Ws-Trust, IWA based authentication etc. 
• Must have working experience in integration of multiple applications with any one of above-mentioned Access management tools. 
• Must have working experience in workflow design and development, role-based access management, creating password policies, 
• Hands-On experience with customization of such as UI customization, writing scripts and developing code to fetch assertion values form multiple data sources. 
• Experience in integrating directories / Database as Identity store with Access management. 
• Should be very good Java/J2EE developer 
• In-depth understanding of Databases/queries/stored procedures 
• Thorough in creating technical documentation of Design, Use and Test cases 
• Troubleshooting skills are also a must. 
• Expertise in J2EE, JSON, REST, SCIM and SOAP-based web services. 
• Should be able to work independently as a Sr.Developer, work may require the person to the solution and implement IAM the component.

Privileged Access Management Consultant 
• 4+ Years of experience in IT with 2+ years aligned with Privileged Access Management solutions. 
• In-depth understanding of privileged access management (PAM) processes and practices 
• Develop/deliver privileged access management services which meet current and on-going technology needs. 
• Install and configure privileged access management, 
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training associated with PAM. 
• Integration of PAM with IDM and Access Management tools. 
• Monitor and analyze security logs across the organization. 
• Validating back up related issues and DR related issues and make sure both are working as expected. 
• Experience and hands-on working knowledge of a variety of Security tools including but not limited to Identity and Access Management, LDAP, Active Directory. 
• Expert understanding of Identity technologies and understanding of integration of applications within a distributed environment 
• Hands-on experience in supporting identity access applications 
• Support vendor selection/management and internal team-building for the services in the program. 
• Build and manage infrastructure and support teams across countries and global regions.
