Helpdesk Support Specialist (USACRC)

· At minimum, must have 5-7 years of experience providing Tier I and Tier II helpdesk support
· Prior experience working inside United States Army Combat Readiness Centers (USACRC)
· Experience providing support to workstations, laptops, printers and other end user devices
· Experience developing and implementing instructions and executing the deployment of printers, workstations, and laptops as a response to a Remedy ticket
· Must have experience providing support to mobile devices
· For printer, copiers, and scanner, must have experience providing the following support:
o Install
o Configure
o Troubleshoot
o Diagnose
o Repair
o Issue Resolution
o Maintain
· For Audio-Visual devices, must have experience providing the following support:
o Provide 24x7 technical support agreement for DCPA Audio Visual server (AVID) and desktop equipment
o Conference Room IT equipment
o Video Teleconferencing (VTC)
o Defense Connect Services (DCS)-like / streaming
o Telephone Conferencing Equipment
o Projectors • Microphones
o Sound devices • Audio amplifiers
o TVs
o Touch Panels
o Programming
