• Parking is available on-site. MARTA transportation makes scheduled stops at the specified location(s).
Performance under this contract will take place on Government facilities Monday through Friday. The work day shall consist of eight duty hours, a 15 minute morning and afternoon break, as well as a thirty-minute lunch period. As long as the eight duty hours are met, the start and end times may be adjusted by DVH/Office of the Director as deemed necessary to accommodate required support in the organization. However, the initial schedule will be 8:30am—5:00pm, excluding Federal holidays and weekends.

a. Answering the telephone main line and directing calls to center staff as needed.
b. Light copying and faxing.
c. Maintaining the Division Director's calendar utilizing Microsoft Office applications as well as scheduling appointments and meetings.
d. Maintaining other Division senior staff calendars, as needed.
e. Maintaining Division Director's leave and travel schedule calendar.
f. Scheduling conference rooms and conference calls for staff meetings.
g. Maintaining an inventory of office supplies, including organizing the storage of office supplies and notifying management when supplies need to be purchased.
h. Distributing incoming mail to staff mailboxes and updating staff mailboxes as needed.
i. Preparing FedEx and U.S. Postal packages for shipment.
j. Preparing and submitting paperwork for new employee setup/exiting (e.g., badge, Telephone, Card Key, Door Sign, and Computer).
k. Knowledgeable of and able to complete a full range of travel preparation and submit to the Administrative Services Unit.
l. Knowledge of the Federal Travel regulations as needed to prepare requests for travel.
m. Prepare procurement requests for submission to the Administrative Services Unit for processing.
n. Assist with preparation of slides for presentations through Microsoft PowerPoint.
o. Composes correspondence.
p. Completing reports.
q. Works under an organizational structure that is complex and divided into subordinate levels.
r. Works independently.
s. Ability to manage changing priorities to accommodate workload needs.
t. Follow through to completion those duties assigned.
The following tasks below shall be performed independent of Government supervision, and with limited direction.

L.5.4 All service staff hired by the Contractor will come equipped with the skill set needed to perform their activities. They will meet the following minimum requirements: a) All Contractor staff must have the ability to pass background check to obtain a CDC badge and gain access to the facility. b) Be familiar with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. c) Presentable, well-groomed appearance and the ability to interact with CDC staff and visitors.
