 IT Financial Management Business Analyst 

Specific Functional duties include: 
• Gather and Document requirements for IT Financial Management system 
• Meet with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, challenges, and areas of opportunities and may lead business process enhancement efforts 
• Interface with the application development team to validate test results verifying that they meet the requirements 
• Translate requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for end-to-end system testing and User Acceptance 
• Create/Update new processes Service Management Manuals (SMM) 
• Document solution design documents inclusive of interfaces and data mapping 
• Identify potential project risks and difficulties, and designs strategies to mitigate or avoid them 
• Review, collaborate and create complex project deliverables such as requirements, design documentation, test plans, and process documentation. 

• 5 years of Business Analysis experience in a IT Financial Management system 
• 5 years experience creating report specifications and analysis mapping across multiple process areas 
• Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT), including test script creation, execution and signoffs 
• Experience creating complex project deliverables such as requirements, design documentation, test plans, and process documentation 
• Experience in billing/invoicing or related function 
• Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices 
• Experience Managing scope on large scale implementations 

Skills and Certifications 
• Undergraduate degree (Business or Finance preferred) 
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills 
• Strong Excel VLOOKUP and Pivot tables 
• Results oriented: structured and organized as an individual with execution as a key orientation for driving results. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills 
• Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities 
• Strong understanding of Service Management operations 
• Agile and Waterfall SDLC 
• ITIL certification (preferred)
