Marketing Project Manager

Duties:
·         Provide change management through agile methodology and application to the Marketing dept.
·         Manage key projects with cross functional stakeholders
·         Translate requirements into project plans, implementation plans, establish and monitored schedules, and conduct weekly status meetings
·         Deliver quality communication in a timely manner, including status reports, covering accomplishments, risks/issues
·         Manage schedule, roadmap, capture and communicate key discussion points and track action items to close
·         Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
·         Document and conduct complex business analysis projects and project plans to create a reproducible model for success
·         Demonstrate logical and analytical problem-solving approach
·         Perform technical analysis
·         Extract or inherit large data sets and create meaningful management reports to be used by various top –level executives as well as regional/functional managers 
·         Create and maintain insightful scorecards
·         Ensure leadership is appropriately informed of project status.
·         Establish and enforce agile processes and the use of internal systems.
·         Proactively identify opportunities to adjust processes for efficiencies.
·         Ensure agency project management standards (processes, tools, milestones and approvals) are followed on all projects.
·         Provide insights and subject-matter expertise, recommendations and guidance across the department and company when necessary
 
Skills: 
·         Strong knowledge of Agile project management processes and tools, agile scrum master certification or PMP is a plus
·         Experience within a PMO or PMO implementation
·         Minimum (10) years in project management, PMO or similar role
·         Proven ability to translate requirements into technical solutions, track projects throughout their respective lifecycles and defining project scope
·         Experience working with business/technical development team/data stewards to clearly document source elements and ensure standardized values, formats, business rules/algorithms, metadata requirements, and data element relationships
·         Strong experience performing data analysis, process design, system integration and implementation, strategy/methodology development Strong experience gathering/eliciting requirements (Interviews, Group Facilitation, Prototyping, Data Analysis, Use Cases/Scenarios, Business and Workflow Analysis)
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·         Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
·         Strong team player, solid interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various departments and external organizations
·         Analytical problem solver and independent-minded thinker; can apply theoretical concepts to real business problems
·         Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to manage a vast array of information
·         Understanding of data management, information flow, and data governance issues
·         Ability to be an effective business liaison and deliver both strategic and operational solutions to technical teams
·         SharePoint experience is a plus
 
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree
