 This position will be responsible for supporting the CSDA Sales team. In addition to monthly and annual reporting and administrative functions, this role also provides consultative support to guide and facilitate strategic business objectives. This is a hands-on analytical role in a fast-paced environment that will report to the Finance Director – CSDA Sales. Heavy emphasis is placed on analytics, data mining, model development, process improvement and business partnering in support of this highly visible sales channel. 

Responsibilities include: 
•Sales compensation related activities, including commission goal tracking, payment calculation, and commission analysis. 
•Monthly and ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting of direct and indirect revenue and expense. 
•Annual planning and monthly forecasting of revenue and expense. 
•Front facing sales support – daily interaction with sales team to help drive strong revenue results while tightly managing costs. 
•Coordinate all data requests including but not limited to budgets, forecasts, strategic plans, and other ad-hoc analysis. 
•Business partnering with Sales leaders and associates to understand unique and changing business requirements. 
•Data mining and analysis of customer specific information and trends. 
•Manage month end close activities including accruals, reconciliations, reporting, etc. 
•Year- end maintenance activities; infrastructure building/preparation for new fiscal year. 
•Automation and streamlining of work flow and processes. 

Qualifications 

•Minimum 5 years of Finance and Accounting experience; 
•Bachelor's degree 
•Prior experience and strong desire to support a fast pace, challenging sales environment; 
•Advanced Excel proficiency (model building, pivot tables, VLookups, if statements, etc.); 
•Advanced Access, Hyperion and SQL proficiency a plus; 
•Knowledge of Sales reporting systems; 
•Ability to understand the big picture but also attend to critical details; 
•Strong team player with a positive "can-do” attitude, willing to take on challenges and support both individual and team goals; 
•Self-starter and independent thinker who takes initiative to go above and beyond; 
•Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; able to interact confidently with senior management; 
•Highly organized with excellent time management skills; ability to work under tight deadlines with competing and shifting priorities.
