Pay rate:$18.50/hr on W2
Duration:6+months(possibility for extension)
 
Work Schedule and Hours per Day/Hours per Week: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5pm, auction closes at 1pm on Fridays so there is a potential to leave early on Fridays depending on business needs.
 
Description:
·         Title clerk, must be knowledgeable on car titles, how to tell if a title is negotiable & how to fill out title assignments.
·         Candidate that has title experience, specifically experience in processing car titles to buyers, known as reassigning titles. 
·         Knowledge of when a title needs a repo affidavit, power of attorney, any state forms that need to be attached to the title, how to make sure the miles are flowing correctly, etc
This position ensures the accurate and efficient processing of vehicle titles by veri9ing title information, maintaining knowledge of current laws regarding vehicle titles, and with customers and regulatory agencies to resolve title issues.

·         Title clerks work in an office setting, interact with many different departments, and handle a high volume of paperwork 
JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Stable work history
• Minimum 6 months clerical, office work preferred, including computer data entry skills
• Effective customer service skills -ability to handle upset customers
• Effective verbal communication skills
Prior title experience preferred

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
·         Attendance and punctuality are required and monitored trucks annually Sale Days may require long hours
