    The Instructional Designer develops training and performance support materials for mission-critical Oracle Finance systems and their associated business processes. The Instructional Designer collaborates with project managers and other stakeholders at all levels of the Finance organization to develop and deploy comprehensive learning and performance support solutions geared to the needs of both technical and non-technical audiences. This position has a 40-hour work week, and must be performed on-site. .
    < >Develop end-user performance support materials (job aids, quick reference materials, step-by-step instructions, online help content, etc.) for complex, ERP-based financial system(s).Develop course materials (instructor-led presentations, eLearning modules, simulations, virtual learning sessions, etc.) to support a broad Finance audience.Partner with business and Finance stakeholders to determine objectives, scope, and modality of deliverables.Interview subject matter experts, business process owners, and other stakeholders and incorporate their feedback and insights into materials that effectively support technical/financial business processes.Participate in iterative rapid design, development and prototyping sessions with Finance Training team (using SAM/ADDIE development models).
  • Requirements:< >Minimum of four years' experience developing training and performance support materials for large ERP implementations (Oracle, SAP, etc.)Online portfolio that demonstrates ability to convey technical content to non-technical audiences REQUIRED.Strong background in methodized Instructional Design within the context of ERP implementations and other large technical systems projects.Highly effective collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with technical and managerial stakeholders at all levels of the Finance organization.
