Description:Lead Specialist Requisition – Outbound Lead Generation – NADA Project

We are looking for ambitious, motivated individuals who are comfortable in a marketing and inside sales environment. We aim to hire people who are excited by opportunity and thrive in a competitive environment. This team member will work very closely with the marketing and sales team. The Lead Specialist is responsible lead generation targeting automotive dealerships. The lead specialist will leverage their outbound dialing experience to reach out to dealers who have registered for NADA (the biggest Dealer convention of the year) to identify dealers that have need and interest in the Dealer Management System (DMS) platform. The nature of this technology platform requires the Lead Specialist to speak with critical decisions makers and value creation over the phone. The process will involve contacting the dealership influencer and/or decision maker to develop and the conversation until we have agreement to complete a demo at NADA. The Lead Specialist will then work through a scheduling system to set the appointment. Performance will be based on outbound call volume, scheduled demos and demos completed. The Lead Specialist will keep detailed notes of discussions with the dealership, identifying decision makers, mobilizers and detractors within each organization.

Primary Job Functions
• Contact dealers over the phone who have requested NADA demo information through marketing, sales and support channels, and dealers who have registered to attend NADA. The candidate understands and is capable of guiding prospects to schedule a product demo. The position includes but is not limited to email, telemarketing, printed fulfillment, inbound traffic, etc.
• Cold call dealership prospects who are attending NADA to generate interest in DMS, and to schedule discussions and/or product demos with the sales team for NADA.
• Maintains records on each lead and insures they are reported in the chosen scheduling system, asking profiling questions to obtain who will attend, what their role is at the dealership, collecting email addresses and cell phone numbers.
• Ensures that all prospect requests for information are processed and ordered for delivery within 2 hours of the request.
• Understands the fundamental principles of CRM and has past CRM experience to quickly learn and optimize the scheduling system, and to manage all information on leads and to communicate with prospect information with the sales team.

What We look For:
• One (1) or more years of outbound dialing experience with a proven track record
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com is desired
• Business to business outbound dialing is a plus
• Detail oriented with an ability to self-organize
