The Multimedia Production Technician provides production services for the Events Production Services team. They are responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Event Production and aligning with the Events Production Services team in installing, configuring, operating and maintaining audio/visual systems and services for offsite events. The Multimedia Production Technician must exhibit competent event production skills in achieving the highest possible standards for all projects requiring A/V in assigned projects and tasks. They need basic knowledge of clients' business challenges to execute event requests as defined by the client. Effective communication and coordination with other departments, executive staff, and outside vendors and contractors is an essential part of this position. Some video production and editing may be required.
Multimedia Event Production
Runs onsite event production components as designed by the Senior Manager, Event Production and event/client team.

·         Supports stakeholder objectives with the production and delivery of client and employee meetings, and events.
·         Sets up, adjusts, and operates equipment, such as cameras, sound mixers, and lighting during production
·         Constructs and positions properties, sets, lighting equipment, and other equipment
·         Locates and secures settings, properties, effects, and other production necessities
·         Operates, drives and maintains cargo vehicles and equipment carried within while adhering to company transport guidelines (non-CDL)
·         Produces and is accountable for the final development of production assets and ensures accuracy, attention to details and overall meets or exceeds the event objectives
  •          Responds to client requests and communications in a timely, and thorough professional manner
  •          Collaborates with Event Production Services team members as needed for multimedia support
·         Supports video projects with post-editing requests as needed

Technical/functional SKILLS
Job Knowledge
·         Demonstrates expertise of skills, tools and procedures for applicable A/V equipment
·         Ability to set up, interconnect and operate audio/visual equipment, including projectors and screens, video cameras, computers, audio mixers, video switches, microphones, speakers and lighting elements
·         Ability to operate PowerPoint, Keynote and Prezi presentations
·         Ability to operate complex A/V systems integrated with projection, audio, recording, playback and remote control devices
·         Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve A/V equipment and connectivity issues
·         Ability to lift, transport, and assemble audio/visual equipment and event staging items
·         Ability to set up and operate Wi-Fi networks and hard-wired internet connections
·         Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, time-management and problem-

Education & Experience requirements
·         A/V Production Certificate or 2+ years A/V production experience
·         Both PC & Mac operation systems, Microsoft Office, HTML knowledge a plus
·         Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote and Prezi software
·         Adobe Photoshop & After Effects or similar software
·         Off-site location travel is required up to 40% time
