Job Responsibilities:
•         Assess project artifacts and write IV&V assessment reports including all standards utilized for analysis.
•         Provide verbal and written reports as required.
•         Experience Provide and adhere to SLDC related training, advising on matters of process, quality, policy and procedure.
•         Perform IV&V activities including project scheduling; anomaly reporting and IV&V Project Status Reporting; administrative reporting; and weekly status meetings.
•         Perform Risk Analysis; Project Scope, Cost, and Schedule Adherence Prediction Assessment; and Root Cause Analysis.
•         Perform Requirements IV&V including a Traceability Analysis; a Review of requirements for completeness and feasibility; and a Review of interface identification and requirements.
•         Perform failure Analysis including analysis of system failures and determination of: the cause of the failures, the likelihood of additional failures, corrective actions necessary to prevent further failures, process improvements, Root Cause Analysis, and Independent Risk Analysis with a definable and measurable mitigation/contingency plan.
•         Perform maintenance IV&V for legacy system including Software Validation and Verification Plan revision, Anomaly evaluation, and Criticality analysis.
•         Mitigation assessment, Retirement assessment, Hazard analysis, Security analysis and task iteration.
•         Performs risk review, analysis, and management in programmatic, functional, and technical aspects.
•         Assess and analyze all aspects of testing the solution, including: test planning process, test plans, requirements traceability, test process weaknesses and risks, test scripts, expected results, regression test planning, UAT.
•         Additional responsibilities as assigned
•         BS in Computer Science or related curriculum
•         Experience in Cloud Development/Support
•         Working knowledge of IV&V standards, processes and procedures.
•         Quality Assurance expertise as it relates to CMMI Level 2 and 3
•         Small to large scale software system implementation experience
•         4+ years' experience in performing quality assurance IV&V across the full life-cycle
•         Knowledge in Agile methodology
•         Knowledge in using Client ALM and Microsoft Project.
•         Knowledge of business process improvement and analysis.
•         Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Writing samples also required.
•         Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
CBAP certification a plus
