Qualifications – External:
Service Delivery Management (SDM) covers the management of ongoing services to clients. This includes all service support and service management processes (in line with ITIL/ASL definitions) plus others which are required for a specific engagement. SDM roles ensure that the service to the client meets contractual requirements and service level agreements (SLAs). Based on service delivery realization and deviation, the SDM agrees on service improvements together with the client. SDM includes the roles of Service Delivery Manager, Service Management Consultant, Service Coordinator, Service Administrator plus Change, Incident and Problem Managers. It therefore covers tasks from logging & progressing problems & incidents to managing the quality and commercial success of a service to a client.

Required Skills and Experience:
You contribute to the management of day-to-day in-scope services to ensure they perform to contractual targets (SLAs and/or KPIs). You are gaining a thorough understanding of the client's business and can identify areas for service improvement and value-add where appropriate. You help identify areas where quality checks are not in place, and raise recommendations for get-well plans. You construct trend analysis, root cause analysis and other requested reports.
• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
• Qualification: At least certified on EM foundation (level 0).
• Should be proficient in Negotiating.
• Should have progressing skills in Transition Management, Change Management, Continuous (Service) Improvement & Project Financials, KPT & Reporting

Team lead with .NET experience needed for cloud migration project. Experience in application architecture and hands-on .NET development experience is required. Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high demanding environment. Coordinate work with off-shore team.
30.00% Prepare and participate in cloud migration project status/scrum meetings
30.00% Assign work to off-shore team member and review the deliverables
40.00% Hands on development such as fixing issues or review code developed by off-shore team
Hands on .NET development experience. Application architecture
Responsible to manage team and drive it to completion. Comfortable in working matrix organizational and influence customer employees
Facilitate meeting, allocation of resources, planning, prioritizing deliverables in a fast-paced environment with very aggressive timeline.
Complex dependency between legacy application software and hardware must be tracked to ensure successful completion of application and server migration.
Accountable to ensure application components are delivered as per the requirement/specification within allotted time.
