Project Lead/Business Analyst – Project Lead/Client are responsible for coordinating project performance in concert with the client application and Capgemini leadership teams. They normally manage a number of related streams or activities to achieve a desired business result, quality standards and highest-level client satisfaction. Project Lead/Client manage day-to-day project activities, monitor/report on progress, identify/mitigate potential risks and resolve issues. A Project Lead usually has technical expertise in one or more other domains (e.g. a Project Lead with Business Analyst skills could perform a Project Lead/Coordinator function). 

Required Skills and Experience: 
You ensure that client needs are satisfied through the formulation, development, implementation and delivery of application solutions in response to client requirements, expressed in approved service requests. You are a self-reliant business analyst who has mastered at least one methodology and are able to effectively gather requirements from the client and communicate them to the project team. You are developing your knowledge in business and/or industry domain and an ERP solution or a technical tool / programming language. 

• Qualification: Minimum 5 years' experience, Bachelor's Degree. 
• Certification: PMP optional. 
• Should have proficient skills in Project Coordination, Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Business Change Management. 
• Should have progressing skills in Project Management, Software Engineering, Testing, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPI´s & Reporting. 
• Should have baseline skills in Architecture Knowledge. 

10.00% Conduct calls between Capgemini offshore/onshore and client to align objectives, priorities , run reports 
60.00% Follow due process for approval of work from client, manage work already approved within timelines, highlight obstacles if any 
30.00% Understand the POS and system architecture to validate incoming AD requests and follow up with client, business, and Capgemini teams to drive them to closure 

Need requirement gathering/analytical skills and project lead/coordination experience. Preferably come from a retail environment with an understanding of POS, MS analytics, SOX compliance, and ability to learn on the job. 

No direct management of people, but will closely work with Rightshore delivery team in India and the client. 

Daily interaction with the client. Will work closely with leader from Application Development team clients side to define work, priorities, requirements and deliverables. 

POS experience is preferred, moderate level of problem solving. Should be a good communicator, able to effectively communicate up to senior management. 

Work with client and Capgemini delivery manager to align on decisions and check with project leadership team in case of conflict
