 Job description:
•           Program Manager with 12+ years' experience working within a DevOps environment
•           Provides leadership to assess current processes/procedures/workflows and develop/mature a higher efficient DevOps framework, serves as subject-matter expert and "go to” person for guidance
•           Develop consolidated view of the program, and for program deliverables including calendars, cross-project dependencies, risk analysis, stakeholder coordination and regular communication of status
•           Lead process development, managing high-risk and high-impact projects across a multi-disciplinary, multi-function group of technologists and business professionals.
•           Operates as a collaborative & dynamic program leader - adept at influencing without direct authority and leads with practicality & wisdom against competing priorities and diverse personalities
•           Delivers since of urgency with deliverables including roadmaps, governance presentations, project calendars, project dependencies, risks analyses & mitigation and key performance indicator (KPI)
•           Understands modern software development and infrastructure tools, processes and practices, including Agile Development, Cloud, and DevOps.
•           Understands and executes a wide variety project management approaches, including standard SDLC and PM methodologies (waterfall, Agile / Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
•           Assists in triage of projects and makes recommendations to senior-level leadership.
•           Successfully manages 3rd party vendors and contractors when required.
•           Possesses hands on experience with DevOps tools that can include: New Relic, Splunk Jenkins, Bamboo, Git, Subversion, Confluence, JIRA
•           Direct experience working with App developers of Java, Apache Tomcat, Red Hat JBOSS, IIS, .Net, etc. and understand AppDev processes, procedures, workflow, testing and associated challenges
•           Effective communication skills: ability to speak, present and document/write clearly and concisely to all team members and executive leadership
•           Effective stakeholder coordination & status via social networks/Jira, dashboards, status reporting, etc.
•           Communicates program objectives, status, risks and alternatives with senior stakeholders and leadership
•           Ensures regular, effective communication with team members and cross-functional resources
