Customer Care Representative - Bilingual

  • Description:The customer primarily needs Bilingual or Non Bilingual candidates

    -Minimum of 2 years call center experience
    -Inbound call experience a must have, 30 - 60 calls per day
    -Experience in a metrics driven environment is very important.
    -Automotive industry experience a plus
    - Must be Tech savy
    -Hours of Operation: Mon-Sat 8am until midnight. Closed on Sunday. 
    -Training: 5 weeks Mon-Fri 8-5pm OR 9-6pm

  • Requirements:Bilingual pay $17, 35% mu, $22.95 bill
    Non Bilingual pay $16, 35% mu, $21.60 bill
     
    TEMP to PERM. They look to bring candidates on perm 3 months after training has been completed. The strongest will be transitioned first. candidates are typically transitioned 6 - 9 months.

    Contractors start off on the day shift. That means that they will start between 8:00am and 10:00am, and end between 5:00pm and 7:00pm for about 3 months after training has completed. They will not have a choice in shift so they must be flexible. Contractors will work weekend shifts about 6 months after training has completed, so they must be available to do so. Saturday shifts are between the hours of 8:00am - Midnight. 

    Contractors are subject to the schedule empowerment program (shift bid) 6 months after training has been completed. The shift bid program occurs every 6 months. Priority is given to high performers and tenured employees. They must be available to work Monday through Saturday between the hours of 8:00am and Midnight. Scheduling is done to try and give employees two days off in a row, but the business needs may dictate that we can't offer two days off in a row. They are NO longer open on Sundays.
