5 years of experience in Program Management
10 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector software development project management
Experience with the Information Technology Acquisition process and its milestones.
Experience in analyzing a variety of source documentation and supporting the creation of acquisition documentation
Experience in managing large, complex task orders
Experience in assisting the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives
Experience in the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner
Experience in managing a staff to sustain and enhance a technology system that provides procurement management functionality
Experience in developing performance metrics slides which includes Impact Reports, Risk Management Reports, Analyzing the problem areas, In Process Review Briefings, Incident (INC) Resolution, Certification and Accreditation Documentation
Experience in facilitating meeting and ability to navigate the project execution based on the outcomes and action items from these meetings
Prior Experience in/ability to:
Developing Task Order Management Plan
Developing Risk Management Plan
Developing Monthly Status Report, IPR Briefing materials and corrections
Developing RFC/INC (code), RFC Estimates
Release Schedules
Functional and Technical Design Documents.
Developing Test Plans, Test Reports and Release Notes
Document business rules and requirements for new functions
Accreditation documentation
Quality Control Plan
Training Documentation
Decommissioning Documentation
Diagrams and Documentation of Interfaces
Reviewing work accomplished during significant events.
Anticipating activity for the next reporting period.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Prior experience in DoD/DLA.
Familiarity with Technologies/Tools:
Must have experience with Word, Excel, Power Point.
Creating flow diagrams.
