Job description
Support content creation, modification, and publication for a customer facing Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) site and an internal facing knowledgebase.

Job Responsibilities:
The Technical Writing Specialist is responsible for researching, writing, and revising content for a customer facing FAQ site and an internal call center agent-facing knowledgebase using the TeamSite Content Management application. This role is part of a small team that is also responsible for:
•             Supporting content rewrite activities through web page review and reorganization of browse trees, content tagsets, and existing articles.
•             Defining new content to meet user needs and business goals, revising content, and collaborating with business owners for review and approval prior to publication
Candidates should have prior experience:
Working with content management tools and designing with content
•             Producing, developing, and applying style guides to web content
•             Importing content into a content management application (TeamSites preferred)
•             Maintaining Websites
•             Digital communication
This role requires proficiency in:
•             Technical writing, ensuring accuracy through Quality Assurance, and editing copy
•             Web Design (HTML, source codes, and JavaScript) - including the ability to incorporate links, jump tags, embedded images and tables, and metadata (e.g., taxonomy labels)
•             Using software to manipulate images (
The ideal candidate will demonstrate intellectual curiosity, be capable of quickly learning new products, policies, and services, and will be able to ramp up quickly.  Client background investigation is required.
Education Level:
Bachelors or equivalent work experience
