Pay Rate : $18.Hr on W2 + Health Benefits only /-

Description: File clerk to facilitate cleanup of personnel and other confidential files.

· Reorganization of team member files
· Print and adhere a label for each team member on their personnel file.
· Remove old file and organize contents within new file folder.
· Identify whether file should be stored within Active or Terminated section
· Reorganize files on shelves to provide adequate spacing and consistent visibility to labels
· Label the outside of each shelf to indicate which files are contained
· Clearly label Active from Terminated sections.
· Create new team member folders for loose filings
· I-9 organization and audit
· Unpack all I-9s
· Identify whether I-9 should be stored within active or terminated binders or should be destroyed under Department of Homeland Security Retention policy.
· Sort terminated team members I-9s according to termination date
· Sort active team member's I-9s alphabetically.
· Create sections within current shelving unit to clearly distinguish between active and terminated I-9s.

Requirements:
Shift(working hours): 8-4, 8:30-4:30 or 9-5 (somewhat flexible);no weekends
