Ambassador Program Support

Duties: Program Management
  • Collaborate with members of the steering committee and others to determine additional program components and move them from idea into market
  • Use surveys, focus groups and other data to determine Ambassadors' preferences for new areas of learning and opportunities to contribute to Equinix growth via program
  • Work with key corporate stakeholders to determine ways to leverage Ambassadors to support key corporate initiatives
  • Serve as a promoter and flag-waver for the program and its impact
Project Management
  • Lead bi-weekly meetings, including creating agenda and following up on action items from previous meetings
  • Metrics/reporting bi-weekly
  • Monthly dashboard
  • Budget management
  • Program POC
  • Assist in driving Ambassador communications, in conjunction with the Internal Comms team.
Program Enhancements
  • In-person Workshop Deck
    • Bi-annual PPT updates for metrics and updated corporate messaging/positioning including slides and notes
    • Manage translations for all deck updates (Chinese, Japanese, French, German, Italian, Polish, Dutch, Portuguese
    • Add additional languages to program as needed
  • Brain Shark 30-minute training
    • Bi-annualupdates for metrics and updated corporate messaging/positioning including slides and 30-minute script
    • Manage translations for all deck updates (Chinese, Japanese, French, German, Italian, Polish, Dutch, Portuguese)
    • Add new language support as needed
  • Add new video assets to the toolkit
In-Person Workshop Management
  • Encourage local sessions with new local trainers and encourage participation
  • Planning, reservation, training materials and space setup.
  • Post-workshop
FirmPlay
  • Updating and managing the Ambassador contact list with new "opt-in” employees
  • Send weekly "Amplify” request to Ambassador Audience
  • Testing and reporting updates and bugs back to the FirmPlay team
  • Managing the day-to-day FirmPlay relationship
  • Monitoring content and metrics (as needed)
  • Participation in the FirmPlay User Group Panels (monthly)
  • Creating and managing groups within FirmPlay
  • Publishing Culture/HR content to LinkedIn
  • Future responsibilities: Story creation (HR lead), FirmPlay 2.0, Feature input/testing
Online Learning Center (LMS) Functional Admin
  • Partner with LMS Super Admin on set up and manage training sessions in LMS to include updates to sessions, managing registration/participant lists, confirming participants, etc.
  • Request EAP metrics from LMS monthly , or as needed
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for EAP/LMS related questions – registrations, metrics, online training completion, Ambassador badge issues, etc.
Train the Trainer
  • Maintain train the trainer call schedule in LMS
  • Lead monthly scheduled train the trainer calls (ad hoc as needed/able to accommodate)
  • Manage train the trainer participant list in Box and provide updates to the LMS team
  • Maintain Box folder – make updates to content, provide permissions to people who have participated in train the trainer calls
  • POC for facilitator questions – logistics, workshop preparation, other
  • LMS responsibilities (LMS Functional Admin items above)
Maintain list of scheduled workshops and ensure that actual participant lists are received to confirm timely issue of Ambassador Hub Badges in conjunction with the LMS team.
