Ability to learn quickly Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Safety.
Desired QualificationsEducation: BA Degree
4 yrs of relevant experience in goods receipts and invoice processing.
2 yr of book keeping experience.
2 yrs working in corporate environment
Knowledge of accounts payable
Knowledge of general accounting procedures
• Set invoices up for payment • Enter and upload invoices into system • Track expenses and process expense reports • Sort, code and match invoices • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments •          Prepare analysis of accounts • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues • Maintain vendor files • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
• Work with vendors to validate remaining Cashflow
• Produce monthly reports • Assist with month end closing
• Provide supporting documentation for audits
• Forecasting goods receipts
• Identify and resolve discrepancies with goods receipts
• Creates planning orders and follow approval process to completion
