Job Description:
Perform this service to support all management aspects of mobile commercial wireless assets incorporated into the DISA Mobility Program. Wireless assets such as blackberry, Smartphones and tablets managed by the DoD Mobility Unclassified Capability Service (DMUC), Mobile Device Management Service (MDM), Mobile Application Service (MAS), Blackberry Version 10 Servers (BBV10). These services require technical support personnel to accommodate its customers. Mobility devices support an extensive collection of applications, enterprise services to include Virtual Desktop and Voice over Internet Protocols.
·         Configure devices for incorporation unto the MAS/MDM Server Platform. Test devices for services and data plan activations.
·         Perform mobile devices upgrades to meet current iOS/DISA STIG configuration standards as directed by the Government.
·         Provide Tier Level II support to customers requiring Over the Air (OTA) Activation PINs.
·         Serve as Technical Support Liaison with ESD-R for ticket escalation when on-site support fails and provide weekly ticket resolution report.
·         Serve as Tier 2 Administrators for the MAS/MDM/BBV10 or any other server used to manage wireless devices in order to add, delete and attain user accounts for email activation.
·         Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support for DISA Mobility devices and wireless components.
·         Execute any other future requirements as required by the Government and the DISA Mobility Program.
Security + CE and one other certification (can be CompTIA network +, CCNA, etc.)
