Job Description: 
  • In this role, you will support the CHQ recruiting team through the candidate selection and on-boarding process. The talent acquisition coordinator will provide best-in-class service to candidates and internal clients, acting with the greatest amount of professionalism and with the highest sense of urgency.
  • This individual will be responsible for:
  • Providing administrative support to business unit recruiting team, related to the candidate hiring and on-boarding process; as well as assist in creating requisitions and providing sourcing support.
  • Conduct daily monitoring and issue identification to ensure candidate hiring process is progressing in a timely manner; to included monitoring and verifying candidate background check process on a daily basis
  • Support and ensure adherence to and full compliance of I-9 verification process as well as OFCCP standards and requirements for full compliance
  • Organizing and distributing materials associated with the hiring process and manage job fair materials
  • Back up for HR admin when not present (Orientation, HR INBOX, Inquires from employees, terminations, Layoffs, exit interview, resignations, supporting HRBP's
  • Support ad-hoc data requests and create reports as necessary for staffing metrics & reporting on a weekly and monthly basis
  • May provide support for corporate wide talent acquisition functions and actions; such as REFER program, talent acquisition analytics, security data requests and ISO 9001 audits.
  • Specific specialties of support include all aspects of on-boarding and exiting; including employment verification, offer letters,  data entry into the Applicant Tracking Systems, research employment eligibility, exit interviews, and  run trade prism queries for security purposes
  • High School/Secondary education plus 4+ years' experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Additional Skills:
  • Efficiency in MS Office software products like Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, customer service environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
  • Experience working with PeopleFluent, A-Check and SilkRoad
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
