Deliverables
· Requirement/Technical Specification Document for Asset Management Standardization and Knowledge Management Repository
· Market Research Findings and Analysis
· Transition and Implementation Plans for Solutions
· Configuration Plan for Solutions Inventory Analysis for Asset Management
· Training Documentation and Implementation
· Monthly Status Report

Responsibilities:
· Interview the key stakeholders to capture and establish requirements for Asset Management Standardization and Knowledge Management Repository
· Conduct market research on different solution alternative (build versus buy) for Asset Management
· Define requirements for the pilot rollout for the various initiatives
· Establish To-be state operating model (Process, People, Technology)
· Support design activities for solutions
· Establish and enable Transition Roadmap for projects
· Identify and capture key metrics associated with the solutions
· Support the rollout of the various solutions
· Develop communication and training materials for various initiatives
· Lead training sessions to include developing training materials, videos in support of the various IT standardization and improvement initiatives.
· Configure the solution for the various initiatives
· Test the solutions for the various initiatives
· Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
· Work independently with IT QA stakeholders and understand their needs
· Experience and expertise in Senior Management Consulting in a QA environment.
· Demonstrated experience in a project leadership role.
· Demonstrated experience establishing strong relationships with IT management and stakeholders.
· Demonstrated experience establishing strong relationships with IT management and stakeholders.
· Experience with IBM Jazz tool.
· Experience with Transportation industry to develop quality metrics and measures around operation management and financial performance.
· Perform high caliber qualitative and quantitative analyses.
· Ability to meet the requirements of the deliverables listed above.
