 This role sits in the HR Systems team, supporting those countries that are already live and reports into the HR Systems Director.
 The role holder will work in a team that supports the services related to Workday and other HR technologies.
Day to day the role holder will deal with complex issues raised through the support service, configure workday to support business and process changes and support cyclic project activity as needed by HR;
 Experience working in a workday post implementation team is preferred with deep knowledge of workday configuration. A focus on the any of following areas is required:  
·       Workday Recruitment
·       Workday JML processes
·       Workday Learning
·       Workday Studio and integration management
·       HRIS Support with a focus on Workday
·       Customer service experience
·       Experience of working in a matrix structure and matrix management
·       Experience operating with senior management
·       Experience of global/international HR

·       Knowledge and understanding of HR system implementations and support
·       Knowledge of best of breed/cloud HR systems as well ERP systems
