General Support Analyst V

Description:• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations
• Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems
• Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
• Performs a variety of tasks

Responsibilities/Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in the field
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Will represent the technical team in business meeting with the stakeholders
• Strong communication and presentation skills required
• Must be tech savvy and have an understanding of the language but will not be responsible for coding
• Experience with Agile and web development in an Ecommerce space highly preferred
• Responsible for communicating across different lines of businesses
