Tailored Management is seeking a Data Manager to join our client's team. This is an excellent opportunity to join Block inc., an American multinational technology company, that owns Square, Cash App, Spiral, TIDAL, and more.

YOU WILL:
  • Lead data management activities for year-end compensation review cycle, including strategy and operations to transfer and maintain data between HRIS (Workday), compensation planning tool (HRsoft), and stakeholder reporting
  • Lead data audit to ensure accuracy ahead of transfer to compensation planning system, focusing on stakeholder experience
  • Implement and manage processes to maintain data alignment and integrity between HRIS (Workday), compensation planning tool (HRsoft) without use of system interface
  • Create efficient and user-friendly tools, dashboards and ad hoc reports to support Compensation, HR business partners and leaders in assessing adherence to budget, and efficacy and equity of decisions
  • Act as internal consultant to Compensation, PMO, Analytics, and leadership in identifying and resolving potential data risks and issues before they arise

YOU HAVE:
  • 2+ years of professional experience in managing data/records
  • Strong quantitative skills with experience in Excel and Google Sheets, Airtable experience would be highly preferable
  • Comfortable with manipulating data, creating ad hoc reports and dashboards
  • Proficient in working with large data sets
  • Ability to define problems and manage projects in a fast-paced organization
  • Ability to translate data into clear, relevant insights and communicate results to audiences at all levels of technical expertise
  • Passion for creating intuitive data visualizations and presentations
  • Great attention to detail; passionate about delivering exceptional quality in reports and data analysis
