Change Management

Responsibilities

Responsible for designing and delivering change management activities for priority Finance initiatives across various Finance teams and solutions: Initiatives may include business transformation projects, process improvements, new tools and system implementation, as well as other initiatives within the Finance organization.

This individual will be responsible for the delivery of change management work including stakeholder assessments, communications plans, resistance management plans and training strategies and training delivery utilizing common change management methodologies including Prosci and ACMP approach.

In addition to supporting the design and delivery of an end-to-end Change Management plans, they will also be responsible for supporting Change Management advisory and educational services to Finance teams and helping them adopt and leverage central change resources within the Change Management Community of Practice.

Oversee a portfolio of change projects including developing change strategy and delivery.



Experience
  • Experience leading change and communication initiatives
  • Experience with Prosci Change Management Methodology and ADKAR Model
  • Experience leading training and building training materials/content
  • Ability to balance thinking strategically and acting operationally
  • Experience managing ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies in a fast paced environment
  • Experience working with all levels of employees from entry-level to senior leadership
  • Experience being a multi-tasker who can be highly efficient with ambiguity and complexity
  • Experience managing large scale enterprise-level change initiatives, including creating an awareness campaign, delivering training, proactively managing resistance and developing a coaching plan for leaders/managers
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to delivering customer service to project stakeholders
  • Effective communication skills
Certifications
Prosci and/or ACMP Change Management Cetifications.
