The main function of a visual designer is to create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on design principles and concepts. A typical graphic designer needs to have a high level of creativity and be able to communicate their ideas to both internal and external clients. The ability to be flexible to client demands, work well under pressure and multi-task are required skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Produce multiple creative and innovative design solutions that market the product to a variety of audiences, channels, and campaigns, while maintaining consistency across all brand material.
  • Partner cross-functionally (Product, Channel, Brand, CX, etc.) on additional initiatives to deliver designs that are creative, useful and align with the brand.
  • Generate creative solutions for campaign/event design, landing pages, paid digital, social, email and all marketing touch points.
  • Develop overall layout and production design of publications or web interfaces for educational materials such as ebooks, guides and reports.
  • Bring motion and video deliverables to our website, social and video channels to elevate our product and customers.
  • Help us to connect with our global audience through localization with both print and digital solutions.
Qualified Skills:
  • Proficient with design tools Adobe Suite, Figma & Google Suite.
  • Knowledge of video and gif creation (Adobe Suite - especially After Effects).
  • Eye for typography, color, photography, and composition.
  • Intermediate ability to visualize in 2D and 3D and understand aesthetic aspects of design.
  • Illustration skills not required, but a plus.
  • Comfortable with pivoting initiatives based on team and company goals, and prioritize new tasks and expectations.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability are required.
  • Associate degree in design and/or certificate in graphic design required. Bachelor's degree in design or related field preferred.
