Hours of Operation: 8 am -
8pm Monday - Friday and 8:30 am - 3 pm Saturday
*Must be flexible with schedule

Job Duties:
To provide world-class customer service to our account holders through phone and e-mail correspondence. Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations as well as Webster/HSA Bank policies and procedures. Meet/exceed individual service goals, and demonstrate operational excellence. Proven proficiency in all major skill sets. Demonstrated self-motivation, flexibility, problem solving and decision making skills.

Experience preferred:
• 2-4 years customer service required
• Call Center and/or banking preferred
• Tech Savvy
• Bilingual, Spanish-speaking a plus
• Experience with live chat and social media a plus
