Job Description: ***Max bill rate: ***/hr*** The bill rate will be increased to ***ph upon successful completion of training.

** Location: Nashville or Weehawken. Candidates should be local or within reasonable driving distance to either the Nashville office or Weehawken office and are expected to complete training in the office. Training schedule is M-F 9-5:30 EST. Where onsite training is not possible, an exception needs to be requested/approved.

***Post the initial training period (currently 12 week minimum), staff can begin to work in a HYBRID or FULLY FLEXIBLE work environment if they meet the performance threshold (currently 4 out of 7 metrics).

***This role is specifically for the weekend/overnight shifts 8PM - 6:30 AM, Thursday-Monday. The person can either be FT or PT.****

Candidates should be in the Nashville and/or NY/NJ area. The role is remote with the expectation that when the office reopens the candidate will need to go into the office.

The RMA/OLS desk is 24/7 and the shifts we are hiring are most likely NOT a typical M-F 9-5, but require flexibility to help with second shifts including weekends

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to:

Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Education/Experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Customer service required. Experience in the Financial Services or Brokerage industry - preferred

Skills and Competencies
• Proficient in basic mathematical skills
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills; strong verbal communications skills using the phone
• Ability to sustain long-term relationships with internal and external clients
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software (Typically required)

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries from *** branches/clients regarding the account opening and maintenance process, including client verification and forms approval in a timely and efficient manner.
• Learn basic Legal and Compliance knowledge around the account process.
• Proactively track service issues and escalate them to product areas for resolution.
• Occasional weekend work may be required from time to time
