Responsibilities: End to end email campaign management [includes planning, building (using templates), and execution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (content builder)], manage external lists in Excel for segmentation, file preparation to load data extensions, cross-platform rendering testing, quality control review, collaboration with cross-functional internal stakeholders

Additional skills required: highly detail-oriented, ability to multitask (manage multiple campaigns/deliverables simultaneously), excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is required. Strong Excel required (list manipulation,, sorting and pivot tables).
3-5 years' experience managing email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Ideal candidate will have Corp exp in Banking, Financial Services or Healthcare. If candidate comes from an Agency or Freelance background, they will need Corporate brand exp.
Adobe Workfront (or comparable project management tool) highly preferred. Litmus (or comparable email rendering tool) highly preferred ; Experience with Pardot a plus.
Candidate will need to be highly detail oriented, with the ability to remain collaborative with a wide array of stakeholders discussing the execution of campaigns.

As part of a Proposal team, the primary responsibility of the Proposal Marketing Specialist is to respond to assigned RFPs and RFIs including evaluating requirements; conducting kick-off/strategy calls with business partners; preparing and managing project timelines; gathering information from internal subject matter experts; writing and editing responses; obtaining approvals and meeting deadlines for completion; and packaging documents for proposal delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Thoroughly reads and evaluates assigned RFP/RFI submission requirements and due dates. - Conducts kick-off/strategy calls with business partners for assigned high-profile RFPs/RFIs. - Prepares, communicates, and manages project timelines for assigned high-profile RFPs/RFIs. - Builds responses for a wide range of questionnaires accessing the PMAPS database of over 1,400 questions and responses. - Utilizes approved templates and follows brand style guidelines. - Obtains and retains approvals and final proposal in appropriate folders. - Packages and delivers proposals for e-delivery or hard copy binders, as requested. - Tracks and communicates proposal progress in Salesforce and during weekly status meetings.
