Sourcing System Administrator

 Job Summary, Sourcing System Administrator will be responsible for the administration of the Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) technology platform (Jagger) and the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software. The Procurement System Administrator will provide website data reporting, monitoring of company-wide procurement performance, and other support services for the Strategic Sourcing leadership team. This individual will also support GPO supplier onboarding and ad-hoc functions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Jaggaer GPO website and CLM software.
  • Analyze usage and recommend changes to improve user experience and usage.
  • Act as an escalation point for stakeholders and platform representative in the context of larger organizational and technical discussions.
  • Provide customer guidance in the areas of application support and reporting.
  • Review Jaggaer release notes and apply them to the ATD configuration and processes.
  • Coordinate testing across the platform according to defined test strategy, release strategy, and best practices across test environments.
  • Document and resolve issues for system users. Escalate critical items to the designated parties.
  • Develop and manage analytics scorecard for key website metrics.
  • Develop complete SOP for website navigation.
  • Manage and communicate website promotions and other communications.
  • Serve as liaison between ATD and Jaggaer.
  • Train identified resources to serve as secondary administrators. This would include tool configuration, data maintenance/management, help desk support, and transactional support.
Qualifications:
Required
  • Bachelor's degree (Business or Engineering Discipline)
  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing or web site development
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing environment
  • Background in website development and troubleshooting
  • Certifications:  Six Sigma Greenbelt, PMP
  • Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool experience
  • Experience in root cause analysis of business issues

Gather information pertinent to the budgeting process and analyze validity of inputs. Aware of the organization's financial goals in the short and long term.
  • Data Analysis - Demonstrate an understanding of metrics. Able to identify patterns and predict data outcomes and use information to shape programs and affect all business units. Incorporate data and insights from multiple sources to tell a meaningful story and share actionable recommendations
