  • Bachelor's Degree in directly related field required.
  • 7+ years of complex software development experience.
  • Proven ability programming in C# with some additional experience with VB.Net
  • Proven experience creating and maintaining ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, with some knowledge of WCF Services
  • Proven experience with front-end technologies including: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Angular 6+
  • Experience with .NET Core 3.0 or .NET 5.0
  • Experience with Database design and programming with T-SQL in MS SQL Server
  • Excellent understanding of web security (OWASP) and vulnerability remediation work
  • Experience with code scan tools (e.g. AppScan, SonarQube)
  • Experience with GitLab for code collaboration and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with authentication and authorization implementation (e.g. OKTA)
  • Experience writing unit tests and utilizing other automated test strategies and frameworks such as SpecFlow
  • Knowledge of Design Patterns and programming best practices
  • High understanding of structure analysis, technical design, and database and file access methods
  • Experience designing and implementing clean architecture in software solutions
  • Knowledge and experience working within Agile
  • Experience providing leadership to a cross functional software development teams

This position will focus on updating and maintaining the WebsterOnline suite of applications. The candidate will participate in the complete SDLC process on projects, enhancements and bug fixes. Ideal candidate must be able to fully participate in team functions and be able to produce documentation at the code and technical levels. This role also interacts closely with our Systems Analysis and Quality Assurance teams; excellent verbal and written communication skills are a key, as well as the ability to discuss technical topics with a wide variety of audiences with different skillsets. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, able to quickly adapt to changing requirements and able to quickly identify and solve technical issues.
