  • Our client is seeking a candidate to act as a primary training contact for internal teams and multiple outsourcing sites.
  • You will work to enable our outsourcing sites to optimize agent performance through training.
  • Include facilitating training reviews with sites, leveraging data to identify, plan, and execute on optimization opportunities, and enabling change management to drive agent enablement through training and related processes.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the setup, execution and management of third-party program management with a focus on training/development; a passion for growing customer satisfaction through efficient and effective training operations, service excellence, and optimized third-party training programs; a keen eye for identifying and scaling processes and workflow opportunities. This is a contract position based in our Austin office.
  • Strong understanding of training and learning fundamentals, ideally in the context of outsourced operations
  • Comfort with data analysis and ability to identify trends and opportunity through data
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, comfort communicating and working with global team
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • BA/BS degree required
  • 3+ years experience process or program management
