Address: Remote (3500 Piedmont Rd N.E., Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30305)
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Pay: $18.00-$22.00/hour paid every Friday (unknown until 1st submission)
Contract Length: 09/28/2020 to 12/30/2020 (special project only, but could lead to other opportunities)
Equipment provided: Laptop, Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse and work cell phone
Remote information: *** is currently in a work at home environment due to COVID-19. We do not currently have a timeline of when we will return to the office. The individual will need to have home internet access in order to do the position, with the understanding that they may transition into the office at some point prior to the end of the assignment.

  • This project is working to clean up and verify provider data that currently exists within our various platforms. The individual will be outreaching and verifying provider information and processing the needed updates to ensure the systems reflect the appropriate information.
  • Delivers specific delegated Provider Data tasks assigned by a supervisor.
  • Maintains provider data to ensure the quality of the network.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely maintenance of critical provider information on all claims and provider databases.
  • Coordinates provider enrollment, and assists with coordination of meetings with providers for training, contracting, and reporting. Updates directories for all contracted organizations.
  • Responsible for reporting and tracking provider calls and complaints.
  • Completes day-to-day Provider Data tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members.
  • Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues.
  • Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.
  • Detail oriented, with provider time management and organization skills (including the ability to engage in multiple tasks and meet deadlines/standards).
  • Proven ability to problem solve on own, self-starter mentality and excellent communication skills.
  • Act with a sense of urgency to research questions or issues brought by the team, and identify the right parties or resources to resolve the issues.
  • Ability to work independently and in conjunction with co-workers of all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and intermediate to expert proficiency working with Microsoft Office programs - specifically Excel. 
  • Ability to pass 7-year county background check and urine drug screen (medical marijuana cards are approved)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, 1+ years working experience in a customer/patient focused environment.
  • Medicare knowledge is preferred.
